Welcome to the Fairway Townhouse Owners Association (FTHOA) website. We have several forms of ownership with 17 Units in the Timeshare Program and 23 Unites owned by individual owners. Timeshare owners include weeks owned by the Bethel Inn. Please let us know how you would like to see this site develop as we move forward and if you would like to participate with us in managing the affairs of the Association.
